Hello hello, You will find the tension signals [V] from our TP session in Data/ncfiles_oct2023/ You will have to tranform them into velocity signals [m/s] first to be able to treat them For this, read the file Hot-Wire_calibration.pdf where the calibration process is recalled, and look for the correct values of coeffs A and B in the calib_HWP01_RP12125_2023_calib.ods file (that I obtained after the TP session with the right values) After this, you're ready to perform your analyses! Comparing velocities for each Turbulence Intensity (i.e. effect of Reynolds number on spectral/turbulence quantities) on same streamwise position (72cm, for example): Passive grid/Open Grid (low turbulence) 5m/s vs 10m/s Triple random active grid (high turbulence) 5m/s vs 10m/s Comparing turbulence intensity for a single reynolds number (i.e. effect of Turbulence intensity on spectral/turbulence quantities), thus, for a single velocity (e.g. 10 m/s): Active Grid (High turbulence) vs Open Grid (Low Turbulence) For one of the configurations (e.g. Active Grid): x = 72cm vs x = 180 cm Good luck!
